Expenses included: electricity, gas, water and final cleaning; towels and bed-sheets provided

Saturday is the changeover day: arrival in the afternoon (not before 4 pm) and departure in the morning (not later than 10 am)

Booking amount is 50% of the rental price

Refundable Deposit required :                 100 Euro for one Week
                                                                     200 Euro for more than one Week

Cancellation Policy (amount retained):   20% of the Rent – Four to Two weeks before

                                                                     35% of  the Rent – Two to one week before
                                                                     50% of t he Rent – Less than one week before
